Research, plan, design, and develop the technical implementation of new products and platforms for the Company to enhance customer experience while uploading application documents and limit disruptions to operations. Create a business-specific monitoring tool to allow company to view customer/student questions and requests regarding eligibility, admission, and other operations, view uploaded documents, and keep track on application progress using dashboards. Expand and upgrade features of existing products and integrate into company software. Designate root causes, if any, in current cloud-based tools and implement solutions. Recommend actions to improve system standards. Prepare technical reports for management concerning project activities and status. Create training programs to adapt staff to new or modified tools.

Just English NY is looking for a full-time program specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling with student bookings, student inquiries and giving information about the school and facilities.
  • Answering student questions over social media; Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp
  • Inputting of bookings into Just English's central booking system and making any subsequent amendments.
  • Handling visa applications, sending the applications to the DSO and sending out visa documentation to students.
  • Following up on students' arrival details, necessary waiver forms and ensuring that information is available to provide a welcome service to students on arrival.
  • Handling student complaints – channeling the complaints to the right department.
  • Helping with social media posts
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • FLUENCY IN SPANISH and/or PORTUGUESE
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Programs.
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in sales and customer relations.
  • Outgoing and committed personality.
  • Being customer focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour & Commision
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
